2 pounds of beef stew meat cut into 1/2" pieces
1 cup diced potatoes, 1/2"
1 small onion chopped
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 can of double condensed Campbell's Beef Broth
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 small bag of frozen mixed vegetables
V-8 or tomato juice

Combine all of the above ingredients in the ingredients. Pour in the desired amount of V-8 until all the ingredients are covered with the liquid.


Cook on low 6-8 hours

The potatoes seem to be the last thing to get done, so you need to cut them so they aren't too large or too small resulting in undercooked or mushy potatoes.

If you family doesn't like tomatoes very much, omit the can of diced tomatoes.
