1 can drained garbonzo beans
1/4 cup tahini
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
3-4 leaves mint
juice 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic (use garlic press)

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse beans, put in processor or blender, add rest of ingredients. Process for 2 minutes. Check to see if needs salt, if so add a little Kosher salt. If too thick add 2 Tbls of water.

If I can't find Greek yogurt I use regular plain yogurt.

You can eliminate the mint if you don't like it.
