1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup 2 % milk
1 egg, beaten
4 tbsp. butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

Mix ingredients together. Pour into greased muffin pan. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or until done. Serve with butter.
