1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon milk
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a measuring cup add an egg and the milk and beat well with a fork.
2. Place your T. of margarine in a microwave safe cereal type bowl and melt it.
3. Remove bowl from microwave oven an pour the egg mixture into it.
4. Return it to the microwave and cook on high for 75-90 seconds.
5. Remove from microwave and coat with grated cheese.
6. Fold it in half and serve immediately.
