1 egg or eggbeater
2 T. sugar
1 small package chocolate chips
3/4 c. hot milk (skim works)
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for about 3 minutes. Pour in a bowl or small serving cups, chill until set.
Double these ingredients and pour into a graham cracker crust to make a pie.

(A 12 oz. package of chocolate chips just fills a 10" graham cracker crust.)

You can vary this recipe by adding nuts or Amaretto.
