1 500 g pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
1tin mushroom soup
1/4 cup cream or milk
1 1/2 cups "Just Right "
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a casserole dish. Pour in frozen vegetables. Mix soup with cream then pour over vegetables. Sprinkle "Just Right " and cheese over the top. Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes.

This is always a pot luck hit. It can be doubled or tripled quadrupled easily. California, Italian or Oriental vegetable mixes can be used. Toppings can be varied, try dried fried onions.
