1 cup uncooked pearl barley
2 tbls bullion
3 cups boiling water
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbls parsley
3 tbls dried onion (or small chopped onion)

Preheat the oven to 350. Mix all of the ingredients in a covered casserole dish and bake for 1 hour. Any flavour of bullion can be used - chicken, beef, or French Onion soup mix.
