6 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp Tender Quick salt
3 tbsp pancake syrup
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
6 tbsp liquid smoke
1 qt juice
5 lbs venison

Directions:
Directions:
Cut venison in 1/2 strips. Place in bowl. Combine ingredients and pour over meat. Refrigerate 3 days. Place meat in trays, sprinkle with lemon pepper if desired. Put in dehydrator until done to your taste.
