1 mango, peeled and chopped (or nectarine, papaya, peach, pineapple, about 1 1/2 cup fruit)
1/3 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp jalapeņo pepper, chopped and seeded (or to taste)
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp lemon or lime juice
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
