1 7 1/2 oz. Can Salon, drained and flaked
1 Small Potato mashed
1 Slightly beaten egg
Parsley flakes
1 Small onion, chopped
1Tbl. lemon juice
2 Tbl. butter or Margarine
White Sauce
2 Tbs. butter or margarine
1 1/2 Tsp. salt
1 C. Milk
1 C. Canned peas, drained

Patties
Combine all ingredients except butter. blending well.Shape into 4 flat patties. Melt butter in small skillet; saute patties on both sides until golden brown and heated through. Serve with white sauce and peas
White Sauce
Melt butter in sauce pan; blend in flour and salt, add milk; stir and cook until thick and bubbly. Add peas to hot mixture
