2 Chicken breast (4 pieces)
1 C. Celery (Chopped fine)
3/4 C. Mayonnaise
1 C. Sliced mushrooms (small can) Optional
1 Tsp. Chopped onions (I use more)
1 Tsp. lemon juice
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Can water chestnuts (sliced)
Topping for Casserole
1/4 Lb. butter or Margarine
1/2 Cup sliced almonds
1 C.Corn Flakes (I use more)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and pick chicken from bone (bite size pieces)Combine all ingredients in skillet and cook until it boils. Brown flakes and almonds in butter. Pour over top of casserole and spread arount. B. I use 10x10x2" dish. Bake in oven at 350 for about 35 minutes
