1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup boiling water
2 eggs
1 cup warm water
2 packages yeast
6-7 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and shortening. Add boiling water and mix well. Cool slightly and mix in eggs. Add warm water and yeast; mix together and then add flour. Mix well and let stand one hour. Punch down and shape into rolls, hamburger buns or bread. Let rise one hour or until the indentation remains when touched with a finger. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes for rolls, 30-35 minutes for bread.
