2 medium sliced onions
2 sliced potatoes
1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef
1/2 cup of uncooked rice
1 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup of sliced carrots
1 can of tomato soup
1 cup of boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Layer all ingredients -except soup and water- in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Mix soup and water and pour over all. Cover and bake @ 350 for 2 hours.
