1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

Put all ingredients into crockpot and stir.
