2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans jalapeno pinto beans
2 cans stewed tomatores
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 onion chopped
2 cans hominy or niblet corn
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 pkg. Ranch Style Dressing mix

*You can substitute regular pinto beans,

Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion together. Mix all ingredients, including all liquids. Let simmer until flavors blend together, about 30 minutes.

Note: Can serve with taco chips and grated cheese, if desired. Great with cornbread too.
