3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 c. of cooking oil
1-8oz can of crushed pineapples with juice
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. diced ripe bananas (2 medium)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and sugar. Add the bananas to the dry mix. Blend the eggs, oil, pineapples with juice and the vanilla. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Stir until thoroughly moistened, but do not beat! Pour the batter into a greased nine inch tube pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350 for one hour and 20 minutes.cool on a rack before removing from the pan.
