1 garlic clove, chopped
1 t. crushed red pepper flakes, or more to taste
1 stem fresh rosemary, chopped, or 1 T dried
2 T olive oil
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1/3 c red wine
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
5 fresh basil leaves or 1 T dried basil

In skillet, saute' garlic, red pepper flakes and rosemary in oil. Add tomatoes, wine, salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat. When sauce begins to bubble, stir and add basil. Reduce heat; cook for 15 minutes or until thickened.
