1 qt. cooked rice
1 c. sugar
1 qt. sweet milk
4 whole eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 small boxes of raisins
Butter and nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Soak rice and raisins together in boiling milk and set aside to cool. Put half of sugar in cooled mixture. Beat 4 eggs with remaining sugar and add salt; add to cooled mixture. Place in casserole dish--dot with butter and nutmeg. Bake in pan of water at 350, 45-60 minutes (do not overcook.)
