2 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 eggs 5 tbsp. melted butter 3 bananas 2 c. powdered sugar 1 can crushed pineapple 1 tsp. vanilla Large Cool Whip 1 stick margarine nuts (optional)
Mix crumbs and melted butter; press into bottom of 9x13 inch dish. Beat powdered sugar, vanilla and the stick of butter together for 10 minutes. Add eggs and continue to beat. Spread over crumb layer. Peel bananas and cut in halves lengthwise, place over creamed layer. Drain pineapple thoroughly; spoon over bananas. Cover with cool whip. Sprinkle with crushed salted sundae nuts and chill for 4 hours. Cut into squares
