Fresh Yellow Squash as many as you want, I usually slice up 6 to 8 small ones
Olive oil
Onion 1 large diced
Turkey Bacon microwave 4 to 5 slices, drain well and crumble
Low fat Shredded cheese your choice
Fat Free Sour cream
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Wash squash and dry with paper towel. Slice squash lengthwise and sprinkle with Mrs.. Dash & lightly brown the squash in a heated skillet that has been coated with olive oil. Have your 9X13 pan sprayed and layer the squash in the bottom; sprinkle the squash with the onion, cheese and bacon bits. Continue the layers and place in a 350 degree preheated oven. Bake about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with a dollop on sour cream.
