1 cup GF flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 stick cold butter, cut into tiny pieces
Choice of fruit...I've done strawberry/peach combo or strawberry/rhubarb combo

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the dry ingredients together. Blend in butter using fork or pastry cutter until it resembles small peas. Spread over fruit. I use a 9 X 13 pan.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

This has become one of our favorite summertime desserts. The kids love it! I especially like combining fruits...the strawberry/peach is our favorite especially when it's eaten with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream!
