1/3 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. peanut butter
1-1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. orange juice
2 c. flour + 2 tablespoons

Cream peanut butter & butter. Add eggs. Alternate buttermilk & orange juice with dry ingredients.
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Bake 25-27 minutes at 350

Peanut Butter Frosting:
2-1/2 c. powder sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. hot milk
Beat till fluffy.
Spread on cooled cake.
