3 cups sugar 1 cup oil 4 eggs 1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin pie filling 3 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup water 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cloves 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp allspice
Add the sugar to the oil, then add the eggs, pumpkin pie filling, spices, and last of all, the water. Mix well. Bake at 325º in two large, greased loaf pans for 1 hour, 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaves comes out clean.
