1 lb. ground meat
1 box stovetop stuffing mix
1 cup water
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 cup tomato sauce
cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix everything except cheese. Put into greased muffin tins, and make an indent in the top. Cook for 25 minutes. Cut cheese into cubes and put on top of meatloaves. Put in oven for another 5 minutes to melt cheese.

Any meat can be used - beef, chicken, turkey or even veggie ground round.
