3 (10 oz.) boxes chopped broccoli (cooked & drained)
1 cup rice cooked as directed.

Combine:
1 small jar pimento
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 stick melted margarine

Topping:

Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pimento, water chestnuts, cream of celery, and melted margarine. Add mixture to rice and broccoli. Pour into casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 until it bubbles. Freezes well.
