1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Small Onion Chopped
2 lbs Cubed Beef Stew Meat
1/8 C Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1/8 C Worcestershire Sauce
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Pepper
1 (0.75 oz) packet dry Brown Gravy Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Add Beef and cook on high heat until browned.

Place meat in crock pot. Cover with water (about 1 1/2 Cups). Add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook on medium heat for 4-6 hours or until meat is tender.

Just before serving, add gravy packet. Bring to boiling to thicken. Serve over egg noodles.
