1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2 medium bananas, mashed
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs, bananas, sour cream, and vanilla. Blend well. Add flour, soda, and salt. Stir until just moistened. Bake 50 to 60 minutes in a greased and floured loaf pan. Makes 1 loaf.
