1 lb cubed stew meat
1 pkg frozen stew vegetables
3 tbsp All-purpose flour
1 8oz can tomato sauce
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water
2 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Coat meat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown floured meat in hot vegetable oil. Add water, tomato sauce and seasonings. Simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Add frozen vegetables and cook and additional 35 to 45 minutes.
