1 pkg Ground Sausage (Jimmy Dean or like kind)
if Jimmy Dean no other seasoning is required
if not add:
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Sage
then add
1/2 c shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 c Pepper Jack Cheese
3/4 box of Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1/4 c Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients then take a teaspoon and drop individual amounts (small bite size) on to a non stick cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until tops are golden brown at 400.
