2 # stew meat
1 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. tapioca
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 c. cubed potatoes
2 c. carrots
1 c. celery
1 onion cut up

Directions:

Bake at 250 for 5 hours covered. Stir occasionally. Mixture will look dry at first.
