2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 t. cloves
1 t. cinnamon
2 jars plum baby food
1 c. pecans-chopped
Few drops of red food coloring

Combine all ingredients in mixer. Mix well adding eggs one at a time. Bake in a tube pan at 350; 45 minutes - 1 hour.

Mix 1/4 c. or juice of 1 lemon and 1 c. confectioners sugar. Punch holes in cake and pour on glaze.
