Chicken Breast
3 big potatoes
1/4 c. Italian Dressing
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken on bottom of sprayed baking dish. Cut the potato length wise in quarters. Place potatoes between the chicken. Pour 1/4 c. Italian dressing over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 40-50 mins.

My family likes the dark meat better so I use boneless thighs instead of boneless breasts.
