1 low fat brownie mix (reg. size for 9x13 pan)
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
3/4 c. salted peanuts
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bake brownies in 9x13 pan. Add 1 qt. vanilla ice cream on top of cooled brownies. Sprinkle 3/4 c. salted peanuts on top of ice cream and then freeze. In a pan, add 1 c. powdered sugar, 1/3 c. choc. chips, 1/2 c. evap. milk, and 1/4 c. butter. Bring to a boil and then cook for additional 8 minutes. Take off heat and add 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Cool this mixture and then pour over brownies and freeze.
