cup butter softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
2/3 cups milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups peaches peeled and sliced
1 cup blackberries
powdered sugar

Peach Only: Increase to 3 cups of peaches.

Streusel Topping:
cup butter
cup sugar
cup light brown sugar
2/3 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350F
Prepare streusel topping
2. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating until blended after each addition.
3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to butter mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Beat at low speed until blended after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured 9 springform pan; top with sliced peaches and blackberries. Pinch off 1 pieces of Streusel Topping and drop over fruit.
4. Bake for 1 hr. and 10 min. to 1 hr. 20 min. or until center of cake is set. Dust with
Powdered sugar. Garnish, if desired.
