All-Bran Water Baking Powder Low Fat Brownie Mix (reg. size)
Soak 3 cups All-Bran in 2 1/2 c. water for 5 mins. Stir in: 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 Box (reg. size) low fat Brownie Mix Keep stirring--it will get thinner! Put into UNGREASED muffin tins Bake at 350º for 20 mins. for reg. size or 8-9 mins. for mini size. These freeze well.
Makes 72 minis or 24 regular size. 1 reg. size=1 pt. and 3 minis=1 pt.
