1 lb. Bowtie pasta, cooked

1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
3 carrots, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
red onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
3-4 green onions, sliced
1 cup frozen peas
1 lg. Jar marinaded artichokes, drain & sliced in half. Reserve some juice for salad.
1 can black olives, drained
fresh basil
fresh Italian parsley

1/4 cup olive oil
1 T. Red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
