1 Pound silken/soft tofu
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp agave syrup
1/4 tsp salt
3 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 cup hemp oil
2 cups loose packed fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Add garlic to a small saucepan heated to medium with the oil and lightly brown the garlic, remove from heat and set aside.
Take out tofu and remove excess water. Add to blender or food processor (a hand mixer or 'magic bullet' would work well also) and with lime juice, agave and salt and mix well.
Next the garlic and oil mixture and blend well. Add next the cilantro and blend well. Adjust lime and salt for taste, cover it up and refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes.
