1/4 lb ground beef 3/4 cup tomato sauce 1/2 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp garlic salt 1 pkg of 10 refrigerated biscuits 3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
In frying pan, brown ground beef, drain off excess fat. Add tomato sauce, oregano, and garlic salt. Pat each biscuit out to form it's own crust. Place crust on a cookie sheet. Top each crust with some of the ground beef mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes.
