2 lbs hamburger or 1 lb hamburger and 1 lb Italian sausage
2 cups pepperoni
1 (1 oz) jar pizza sauce
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash red pepper flakes
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz) bag egg noodles

Brown meat and drain. Add salt, pepper, oregano, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, pizza sauce, and 1 cup pepperoni. Simmer 5 minutes.
Cook egg noodles and drain. Add the milk and 1 1/2 cup cheese. Mix with the meat mixture and put in a 9x13" pan. Top with the rest of the pepperoni and cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
