1 (12 oz) pkg chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 tbsp peppermint extract
1 drop green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips over low heat. Add 1 cup sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Stir well. Spread half of mixture into a wax paper lined 9-inch square pan and chill 10 minutes.
Melt white chocolate over low heat. Add the remaining condensed milk, peppermint, and food coloring. Stir well. Spread over chocolate in pan. Chill 10 minutes. Then spread the remaining chocolate mixture over the chilled layers. Chill 2 hours. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
