Cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain well. Stir in soup. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups tortilla chips into a greased 2 1/2 qt casserole. Top with meat mixture, salsa, and cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining chips and bake 3 minutes longer or until chips are lightly toasted.
