6 oz. jar dried chipped beef
2 pkgs. cream cheese
8 oz. sharp finely grated cheddar cheese
2 t. wostershire sauce
1/8 t. hot sauce
1/4 t. onion salt
1 T. Mayonnaise
1/2 - 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop chipped beef. Cream all ingredients together well (except chopped pecans). Place chopped pecans on a large sheet of wax paper. Take mixed ingredients and form into a log or ball shape; then roll in chopped pecans. Garnish with chopped parsley optional. Serve with assorted crackers.
