Brownies

2 cups sugar
2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2 sticks butter
4 eggs

Icing:

1/2 lb. butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
6 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and cocoa; add eggs and butter. Pour into 9 X 13 baking pan. Bake at 325 for about 20 minutes.

Icing:
Melt butter, mix with cocoa and milk in saucepan, but do not boil. Stir in sugar, vanilla, and nuts while icing is hot. Pour over brownies (still in pan) as soon as cake is removed from oven. Icing will drop into the brownies and over the sides.
