Cake:

1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cups buttermilk

Frosting:

1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 16 oz container frozen whipped topping
4 chocolate candy bars, grated

Directions:

Cake:
Combine all ingredients. Pour into 3 9-inch round cake pans. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Frosting:
Combine all ingredients except chocolate bars and mix well. Spread generous amounts of frosting between cooked cake layers, adding a layer of grated chocolate between layers. Finish frosting sides and top of cake adding a generous layer of grated chocolate on top of cake. Store in refrigerator.
