1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 tablespoons margarine or butter

1 cup flour
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp baking powder
4 tablespoons milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first three ingredients and heat to boiling. (I cook in a 10' or 12" skillet.)
Mix the next four ingredients only enough to blend, and drop by tablespoons in boiling sauce.
Cover and boil gently for 20 minutes at low heat without removing lid.
*This is delicious with cool whip or ice cream.
