Blend cheese and butter. Add flour; mix well and chill. Shape into balls. Press dough into ungreased tiny cupcake tins forming shells. Fill shells with pecan filling (option: you can use canned lemon filling or any type of pie filling). Bake at 325º approximately 25 minutes.
Pecan Filling: 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1 T. butter 1 t. vanilla 2/3 c. pecans Dash of salt
