1 package lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can of Milnot whipped or 14 oz. can of evaporated milk whipped.
3 cups of graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup margarine (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened. Cream together cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Add gelatin and lemon juice, and blend well. Fold in stiffly whipped milk.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together. Put 2/3 of mixture in bottom and sides of a 9x13pan. Add filling and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Chill several hours or overnight.
