3 tbl olive oil
3 cloves garlic - saute to brown first
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 1/2 tbs basil
1/2 tsp each oregano, sugar, crushed black pepper
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook slowly until a pasty consistency. Simmer 30 - 45 minutes. Let sit until ready to use. Great for homemade pizza.
