1 15 oz. can whole kernal corn
1 15 oz. can cream style corn
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
1 egg (slightly beaten)
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
some chopped onion if desired
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and stir well to mix. Bake in greased 8x8 inch baking pan or dish in a 350 oven for 45 min.
