1 c. flour
1 T. white sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
2 T. vegetable oil
2 ripe banana mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl mix egg, milk, oil and bananas. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture. Batter will be lumpy. 1/4 c. scoop of batter onto griddle.
